During the period, LTG continued to experience stable growth across the Group, and has secured a strong order book for the second half of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights of the report include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revenue increased 29% to \u00a38.4 million (H1 2014: \u00a36.5m)<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted EBITDA grew by 47% to \u00a31.3m (H1 2014: \u00a30.9m)<\/li>\n<li>Cash balance at the end of the period of \u00a33.0m<\/li>\n<li>Merger of LINE and Epic in 2014, to form <a title=\"LEO\" href=\"https:\/\/leolearning.com\" target=\"_blank\">LEO<\/a>, delivered projected synergies of \u00a30.7m<\/li>\n<li>Substantial contract win in partnership with KPMG<\/li>\n<li>Successful launch of <a title=\"gomo\" href=\"https:\/\/gomolearning.com\" target=\"_blank\">gomo<\/a> 3.0, LTG&#8217;s cloud-based self-authoring tool; strong sales growth in H1\u00a0and high renewal rates<\/li>\n<li>International: Brazil JV had exceptional sales period, enters second half of the year reporting first\u00a0monthly profit; US, slow start to the year but new VP appointed and sales pipeline and order book\u00a0grown encouragingly<\/li>\n<li>Interim dividend of 0.05 pence per share (2014: 0.03 pence per share)<\/li>\n<li>Post period-end acquired <a title=\"Eukleia Training\" href=\"https:\/\/eukleia-training.com\" target=\"_blank\">Eukleia Training Limited<\/a>, extending the Group&#8217;s service offering into\u00a0Governance, Risk and Compliance, funded by \u00a37.5m equity raise<\/li>\n<li>Current trading in-line with expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Andrew Brode, Chairman said: &#8220;We set out to create a business of significant scale and are making good progress through the\u00a0merger of LINE and Epic to form LEO and acquisitions that extend our capability, our sector\u00a0expertise and our geographic reach.
