The results are not only ahead of expectations, but also demonstrate an excellent start and strong order book for 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Key highlights include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operating performance ahead of expectations<\/li>\n<li>Revenue for the Group grew\u00a097%\u00a0to\u00a0\u00a314.9m\u00a0(2013:\u00a0\u00a37.6m)<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted EBITDA increased by\u00a042%\u00a0to \u00a32.1m (2013:\u00a0\u00a31.5m)<\/li>\n<li>Strong balance sheet with \u00a34.4m of cash (2013: \u00a31.2m) and no debt<\/li>\n<li>Successful acquisitions of LINE and Preloaded and merging of LINE and Epic to form <a title=\"LEO: the leading e-learning provider\" href=\"https:\/\/leolearning.com\" target=\"_blank\">LEO<\/a>, deepening and extending the Group&#8217;s capabilities, expertise and client base<\/li>\n<li>A strong order book in Q4 2014 has been further enhanced in Q1 2015.\u00a0 Recent substantial wins alongside key strategic partners include multi-year contracts with the Ministry of Defence, a significant project for a central government department, and an innovative learning games campaign for a global restaurant chain<\/li>\n<li>The pipeline of new business opportunities is now at record levels<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"gomo learning: multi-device authoring tool\" href=\"https:\/\/gomolearning.com\" target=\"_blank\">gomo 2.0<\/a>, LTG&#8217;s self-authoring tool has been well received and the recent launch of gomo 3.0 generates further significant opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Proposed final dividend of 0.07 pence equating to a full year dividend of 0.10 pence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Andrew Brode, Chairman of LTG, commented:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;LTG has made good progress in 2014 delivering on its strategy of consolidating the fragmented e-learning industry.\u00a0 The successful formation of LEO creates the European market leader in custom e-learning solutions and Preloaded has seen marked success in the exciting, early stage, &#8216;games with purpose&#8217; space.\u00a0 We continue to pursue further acquisition opportunities as part of our strategy to build a \u00a350m revenue business.<\/p>\n<p>We have enjoyed an excellent start to 2015 and anticipate further profitable progress from a strong foundation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Read the full results in the <a title=\"RNS Number : 7818I\" href=\"https:\/\/irservices.netbuilder.com\/ir\/LTG\/newsArticle.php?id=1444767&amp;ST=LTG\">RNS<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LTG is delighted to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2014.
